Clients must be punctual; lateness may incur a £5 fee. If more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled or charged a £5 late fee. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the client will be charged. No-shows will also be charged for the scheduled service. Failure to comply with these policies may result in being blacklisted from future services.
