50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. Canceling 24 hours in advance, you may Rachelle reschedule. After 15 minutes late, your deposit is . No shows forfeits your deposit and won’t be able to make future appointments and only will be served as a walk in. Mobile fee $100 excluding services total. No kids or extra people unless being serviced. Out of hours request $50 fee. All deposits are non refundable.
