Ryan O'Grady is a qualified Massage Therapist with a background as a Personal Trainer, Sports Coach and Wellness Coach.

His Deep Tissue Massage treatments have a focus on injury rehabilitation, mobility, pain reduction, improved range of movement and injury prevention. 

Recently Ryan and his family relocated to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland for a slower life, after running a successful Gym and Wellness Studio in Toowoomba.

Our Clearlight Sanctuary Infrared Sauna offers a Full Spectrum experience, bluetooth connect-ability, researched wave lengths of Infrared light to promote greater wellbeing in the body. 

Towels and chilled water are provided for your use. We recommend not showering for 1-2 hours after your sauna as the benefits will still continue to take place in this period.
