This fee may be added if your pup is a little more difficult to groom therefore needing more time or potentially putting the groomer at risk of injury. 
Eg. Aggression, Overly wriggly, etc.

Behaviour Fee 

If more than 10% of your pup is matted there may be a fee to allow for extra time, care & damages done to equipment during the process of removing matting. 

Matting Fee

Note: Nail clips is included in all other grooming services. This is for pups who ONLY need a nail clip
