This is a monthly membership. Must commit to 6 months of membership. Treatments can be repeated every 4 weeks. Working card must be on file. Appointments should be scheduled in advanced. Treatments can not be rescheduled more than twice. Only 1 rollover of services to the next month adding it to the end of your 6th month. Payment for that month skipped still has to be made.
