Bowen with Jenny. Bowen is a soft tissue therapy, restoring balance via the autonomic nervous system. It is a holistic treatment for the whole person and aims to treat the cause of problems, rather than the symptom. Gentle moves are performed over your muscles and tendons to help the body to relax, repair and reset itself. Suitable for all age groups; new-borns to elderly.
