Brittany is proficient in many different services so it is hard to recommend one. Rapid is an amazing fix if you have back problems but she can also assist you with more targeted stretching. And when you are unsure of how to find relief she is able to provide insight via her certification in different types of massage. Highly recommend. 

Speaking to those that are more athletic and put higher demands on their body. Although a little painful at times she always find the right treatment, and she has worked hard to be well versed in many. I already feel better and less unbalanced or pinched.

Relaxation Swedish Massage

Light to deep pressure massage. Cups are suctioned onto the client with a technique of sliding the cup along the tight muscle. Gua Sha can be used in place of cupping in harder to reach areas of the body such as the nape and sides of the neck. 

Myofascial scraping (i.e. Gua Sha) is similar to cupping, that it helps to increase qi and blood to the area.

Unlike Swedish or shiatsu massage techniques, in which a person passively lies on a massage table, in thai the client starts the session face up on the table or mat and may be requested to participate more actively in their massage.
