A full discounted comprehensive initial training session for new clients, Siggy, will take you through 3 focuses in the initial session to learn more about you, How your body moves and where our baselines are. 

So what to expect from this Session: 
- First Session includes 3 focuses:
1. A Quick chat about your medical & Injury history, experience in the gym, Current nutrition and the training goals that you want to achieve with your trainer (in this case me) 

**Please note, Siggy may require you to get medical clearance from your GP in some cases before proceeding with exercises and training Sessions. 

2. Movement Analysis: Conduct a movement analysis to assess their current cardiovascular fitness and movement abilities whilst also identifying any areas that may be a little resisted. 

3. Sample session: this is where we get a bit more of a sweat on and give a shorter workout a go-to gauge where your starting point is. 

This session duration is typically, 45min - 1 hour.
