Our sessions take place in a fully insured home garage gym, providing a safe and comfortable environment. We’re here to help you unlock your full potential through either group or 1-to-1 training, tailored to your specific needs and goals. Classes are led by Danielle, who brings years of expertise in cardio, strength training, and dance. Each session is delivered in a circuit style, to keep things both challenging and enjoyable.
