Relflexology on the feet and face is a wonderful relaxing experience.  Appointments are either for one hour or 90 minutes, allow extra time for first appointments. Cathy has over 14 years experience as a professional reflexologist and is a member of Reflexology New Zealand. Cathy has gained many related qualifications including Facial Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage and many workshops on natural health.

Foot Reflexology 60 minutes

A full foot reflexology session combining a Lymphatic Drainage technique to assist in clearing toxins and oedema.  This 90 minute session is the ultimate in relaxation, allowing the client time to relax and de-stress.
First session a detailed health/lifestyle interview allows Cathy to formulate a treatment plan, optimising the best techniques suitable for the individual.

Foot Reflexology with Lymphatic Drainage 90 minutes

Combined Foot and Facial Reflexology total time 90 minutes.  Allow extra time for a health/lifestyle interview for first sessions. (no extra charge)
Starting on the Face, (30 minutes) Cathy will stimulate certain pressure points and zones connected to the whole body.
Facial Reflexology uses techniques taken from TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine, Vietnamese Face-maps and Andean Tribal Maps.  This style of Reflexology is the work of renowned Danish Reflexologist/Acupuncturist Lone Sorensen.  Cathy studied this style while living in Sydney and has been practicing this technique since 2012.
The last hour of the session works the feet, combining and reinforcing work done on the face.
It is the ultimate in relaxation, with the face being so close to the brain and central nervous system, relaxation occurs very quickly, with some clients even falling into a deep sleep.

Foot and Facial Reflexology 90 minutes

A 90 minute session combining all the reflex areas of the body.
Pick and choose your favourite combination.
Auricular therapy is reflexology on the ears and Cathy can add ear seeds to tender problematic areas which relate to the body.
Hand Reflexology is effective for those not wanting their feet touched but still want the benefits of this amazing touch therapy.
This is a great way to try different types of reflexology; you may like facial 30 minutes; ears 20 minutes; hands and/or feet the rest of the session. Allow extra time for setting up the massage table for each individual treatment.
If it is your first session then allow an extra 10-15 minutes for a health and lifestyle interview (no extra charge)

Reflexology Combined - Face/Ears/Hands/Feet

A gentle craniosacral hands-on treatment can help release tension in the body.
Treatment time 45 - 60 minutes 
Cathy is a student in CST having completed two courses with the Upledger Institute and is continuing her training.
