Specialised release techniques that shift between strength and softness, melting through the layers of tissue and allowing the body to release what it’s been holding onto. Working through trigger points, encouraging blood flow, easing muscle tension, and unwinding fascia to bring fluidity back to body and mind. 

Bodywork techniques can include myofascial release/trigger point therapy, fire cupping, needling techniques, cranial balancing. 
Techniques used are tailored to each individual and dependent on clients wants/needs.

For new clients, your first session will include a full consultation which can take up to 15 minutes.

This session includes body work aimed to melt trigger points, ease tension and relieve pain. Followed by TCM acupuncture which is aimed at balancing internal energies by placing needles on body acupuncture points to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote overall wellbeing. 

Combined treatment (bodywork and acupuncture)

Using traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and nutritional/lifestyle guidelines to address health concerns such as digestion, sleep, stress, headaches, anxiety, immune system boosting, female hormonal health, fertility, and SO much more. 
Helping you to glow from the inside out.
First appointment at 60 minutes includes consultation and treatment.
A course of sessions may be recommended as acupuncture is a cumulative medicine meaning each session builds on the last so best results come from consistency. 
Acupuncture is also great to use as a regular treatment for preventative reasons.
