Auricular reflexology follows the same principle as foot reflexology - your body is mapped onto the ear and I can address an area of concern with work on specific areas. I am also trained in ear seeding, this is a form of needle free acupressure using plant based seeds which can sit on the ear for up to 5 days so your treatment continues long after you leave the treatment room.
