Hey beautiful people! It’s the one and only Coach C aka Ciara Flint, fitness instructor, mentor, teacher and nutrition coach based right here in my hometown of Jackson, Michigan. Hard work, my faith and athleticism has always been a strong aspect of me, and that’s why me and fitness go hand in hand. Between being a full time mom, soccer coach, youth mentor, Herbalife Distributor, Entrepreneur, and fitness coach, I’m always on the move. BUT with God in my corner, injuries couldn’t hold me back. Instead, they made me even stronger today, and now. Today, I want to help you!
