This Ion Foot Detox will help your body rid some toxins that build up over time. This includes a 30 minute warm foot soak, finished off with an antiseptic foot spray. For extreme relaxation, follow up with a pedicure or massage.

Reflexology is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet and takes about 30 minutes. It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body's own healing process. Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture. Can be added to any massage service, foot detox, or as a stand alone service.
