Hi, I'm Karen and I am a fully qualified and insured member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists). I am a certified EFT Practitioner accredited with EFT International, Reiki Master/Teacher and Level 3 Reflexologist, practicing in Christchurch Dorset. With 30 years experience working within the NHS I have witnessed an increasing demand for mental health and well being support, for both patients and staff.
