Fibres SMT is passionate about preventing injury. We all know that not only working out but everyday activities can put extensive pressure on joints and muscles and if these are not taken care of and maintained, injuries can occur. A sports massage can be influential to preventing these injuries. We run as a mobile service, which means we come to YOU. No need to worry about parking or being stuck in traffic. we will bring everything we need for your appointment. All we ask is that you have a small area for our portable bed to be set up, then relax and we'll do the rest.
