My Deep Tissue Massage is designed to address chronic tension and muscle pain. Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tension and fascia. This treatment can help alleviate and improve posture, range of motion, chronic pain, muscle stiffness, increase flexibility and soreness as well as circulation, especially for those who suffer from conditions like fibromyalgia or arthritis.

Gentle but firm pressure points on the head and face are specially good for those who suffers with chronic migraine, constant headaches and sinusitis (an infectious, acute stage of the sinus area that is congested with mucus).

My foot and legs massage is designed to target specific areas of tension and discomfort with sore muscles, swollen and tired feet that just need a break from the stresses of daily life, especially for those who walk, run or who are constantly on their on their feet.
