To ensure fairness and manage appointment schedules efficiently, G’Day Thai Massage has the following policies:
	1.	No-Show Fee:
If a client fails to attend their appointment without prior notice, a fee of $50 will be charged.
	2.	Cancellation Fee:
Clients may cancel their booking free of charge if they provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time.
	•	Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Why We Charge These Fees:
	•	To prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
	•	To compensate for lost time that could have been offered to other clients.

Booking Confirmation:

All bookings require confirmation with a credit or debit card. No charges will be made upfront, but the $50 fee will be applied in the event of a no-show or late cancellation as outlined above.
