We continue to really enjoy our times at Heart and Soul having discovered the retreat over 6 years ago.
The staff /volunteers are great  and welcoming and contribute to the restful atmosphere. The yoga was carefully taught  by Christine and Sophia who have very distinct but complementary styles.The food as always was delicious and nutritious.
We’ll be back as soon as we can free up 2 or 3 days.

I love visiting heart and soul I stay there twice a year. The food is lovely the staff friendly and rooms clean and nice. The proximity to Sydney is also a bonus.
