We perform these massages on most occasions on the massage table. At some events where we are short of room we may use a massage chair.
You will receive a 15 to 20 minute treatment.

Out and about Event treatments

Choose which one of Jacksfeet Abdominal Health courses you want to learn and book to learn online.  The online course has the same content as the in-person to person. With added benefits of not having to travel and being able to stay in your own home.  The course is for 4 hours plus 2 half hour breaks. The course takes place on Zoom a video conference service.  Once you have booked the course, made contact with me, and you have paid I will send you all the online zoom joining details.  The course also consists of emails containing all the instructions, workbooks, and information you need.  After the course, we will set a date for a follow-up session, and you will be able to make contact with me when you need to discuss something. What's included in the course. Learn to do the Maya Abdominal Massage to use on yourself.

Abdominal Health Online Training

'A right pain in the arse' 50% of men suffer from prostatitis at some time in their lives! It can be a common cause of severe lower back pain and can go undiagnosed.  This can lead to more serious disease and conditions developing enlarged prostate | cancer | fertility problems. Let's have a look at how Abdominal Massage work can help.  What will we look at?  You will learn the Maya Abdominal Massage. Relevant – Anatomy and physiology of the testicles | prostate and penis and their close relationship with the bladder. We will cover how Abdominal Massage helps with all the changes?  You will learn about Abdominal massage as taught by the ancient Maya healers and midwives to use on yourself. The different sanitary products available.  Let's keep these young uteri clean and healthy from the start of puberty.

Level 1 Reiki Attunements and training in the treatment of the body how to apply Reiki healing.
'Reiki is a natural system of healing using Universal Energy ‘Life Force’.  It is where the therapist holds the space for you, allowing the energy to come in and help direct it to where it's needed; so that you can calm and find your own energy to heal yourself.'
Developed and founded by Dr Mikao Usui from Japan.  Sensei Usui believed that everyone should be attuned to Reiki to provide the people with the ability to achieve connection with the Universal Life Force energy that would help them in their self-development. 
Sensei Usui's would teach everyone he met Reiki, it is recorded that he attuned  >2000 people.  In April 1922 he opened his first school/clinic in Harajuku Tokyo. When he set up his healing centre at first everyone was treated the same student and client alike, some came for healing and others for spiritual teachings spreading the knowledge worldwide. 

Reiki Level 1:   2 days workshop

Level 2 Reiki :  Attunements to level 2 and training in how to use the first 3 symbols in your treatments on the body, also how to apply distant Reiki healing.

Book a Pamper Party today for that special occasion, Birthday, Anniversary, Friends gathering, Works party, Hen party, Baby shower.
The treatments are Part Treatments 25 minutes each

Cost :  For the initial treatment it is £35.00 per person, after this additional treatments are £21.00 each.  Therefore, the cost of 2 treatments per person is £56.00. There is a minimum of £150.00 per party, if there is not enough people to cover this amount with singular and additional treatments (less than 3/5 people).
If you are more than an hours drive away the cost for travel is £2.00/mile for milage over 40miles.ie. 60 miles is an extra £40.00

Numbers : Minimum is 3 – 5 people or the minimum payment of £150.00 per party. (£190.00 if 60 miles away)
