Lucy was brilliant from start to finish, she made me feel really welcome and the treatment was absolutely beautiful. I loved all the different tools she used and it was like nothing I have had before. It was so relaxing and I really like the scalp before and after pictures! I could't recommend booking a Japanese head spa with Lucy more. I felt relaxed from the moment I stepped into the treatment room. Lucy is professional, highly knowledgable, very welcoming and has a natural intuition for wellness. I loved each step of the treatment, however particularly loved the sound bath and the head and neck massage. I felt so looked after and completely zen by the end of the treatment.
The next day my hair felt and looked so much healthier, shinier and smelt amazing!
I will definitely be booking again.
