Hair must be free of products, detangled thoroughly and blow dried. Our hair preparation services are currently on hold for a few months.


HAIR PREPARATION 

Every guest will be granted a 15 minutes grace period for tardiness. After 15 minutes $60 additional, after 30 minutes $100 additional. More than 45 minutes consider your appointment cancelled unless stated otherwise.

LATENESS

NO EXTRA GUESTS

Guests must give a 24hr notice of cancellation. Deposits remain non-refundable when there is a cancellation.

Rescheduling - appointment must be rescheduled within 2 days of cancellation. After 2 days, it is now considered a cancelled appointment and deposit remains non-refundable. You can book again using the link provided. 

Same day emergency cancellations must be communicated. If there are two consecutive cancellations or two consecutive no-shows, no future appointments. 

Failure to deposit to confirm your appointment within the given time frame leads to automatic cancellation. 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

If your service time is 9:00am, do not expect to be serviced at 8:00am, 8:30am or 8:45am. Time before and in between appointments are used for sanitation of space, lunch breaks and appointments. 

EXTRA EARLY CLIENTS

On public holidays and last minute bookings (today for tomorrow) we are closed/unavailable however the calendar remains open to book. When booking on a holiday there is an additional fee of $100 (VIP SERVICE)

PUBLIC HOLIDAY & LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

With regards to operation hours and response rate, we are closed every Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. Your inquiries and messages will be responded to out of these hours. 

CLOSED EVERY SABBATH

Due to the nature of the services, there are absolutely no refunds. Deposits made at the time of booking remains non-refundable.

This style is very unique, tribal and flirty! Three options are available for the top half (criss cross rubber-bands, natural flat twists or feed-in cornrows) Please when booking note which one you’d like.
