Aromatherapy Massage

Sometimes known as the ‘medical massage’, remedial massage is usually outcome-focussed. Remedial massage is a therapeutic form of massage that aims to relieve muscle tension and treat chronic pain. This form of massage is good for anybody, including those with medical conditions, given its therapeutic and calming nature. Depending on your goals and desired outcome, remedial massage can employ various techniques to help deliver. While often remedial massage can be mostly relaxing and therapeutic, your massage therapist will sometimes hold pressure points that might cause discomfort. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. Swedish massage may loosen up tight muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising.
