Kim is very easy to deal with and professional in setting up the treatments. The premises are very well maintained and easy to find.

My first session of red light therapy for a wound. The treatment was fine and will see how the wound heals over the next two weeks.

Total time in the ice is up to 5min, however 3min for a beginner/intermediate is where you see the optimum benefits. Professional Athletes need to consult staff for extended time. Led Light Therapy for the full body. Includes 20 minutes under the light, we recommend 10 minutes on each side of the body or if you have a specific area of recovery 20 mins focused on the area. Wearing your swimwear or underwear is best to expose more area to the light. The bed is private with a curtain and a towel is provided.
