This session uses infrared light over the feet to enhance the effects of Reflexology Zone therapy. Infrared rays are invisible waves of energy that penetrate deep into the inner tissues, muscles and bones of the body. The energy from these waves slightly elevates the surface temperature of your body. Other than the benefits of soothing relaxation, massage combined with infrared heat therapy may offer many other healthful benefits.

1hour Reflexology

This is a combination treatment of 30 mins Indian Head massage  with 1 hour Reflexology.  

Indian Head Massage is seated massage focusing on the most common points of stress for most of us who spend our day at a computer or desk: the shoulders, neck, upper back and head, as well as points on the face which are treated to relieve eye strain and encourage relaxation. This treatment is recommended if you have headaches or a tense neck and shoulders. It is also an excellent treatment for the scalp with the application of Ayurvedic moisturising oil.

Indian Head Massage 3o mins with Reflexology 1 hour

Your first session includes an important pre-treatment consultation and assessment of feet. Kyoko will use Auro-Soma techniques to find what colour you are drawn to. This gives insight into your energy flow throughout the day, what kind of food will be beneficial, which organ’s energy is weak or has too much pressure on it. This all helps you to get an effective treatment and is based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Kyoko will then soak your feet in a warm Epsom Salt foot spa before ear acupressure points massage.

Kyoko’s one hour Reflexology treatment stimulates the whole body’s vital organs by applying pressure to reflex points with TCM, and Chakra balancing. 

Reflexology only encourages the body to do what is natural. Studies have shown that Reflexology can help to reduce many common pregnancy complaints and can make for shorter, easier birth. It can also help the body to recover quicker after childbirth. Reflexology induces relaxation, calms the nerves and restores balance and homeostasis, babies gets relaxed as well in mummy’s tummy.
