Please don't forget to mention you cancelled your appointment on the day as you 'over slept' I didn't cancel you appointment & just charge you in full for no reason... my policy states if you no show or cancel on the day you will be charged in full. 

I was unable to allow flexibility on your appointment which was originally for 10am as I had two other clients that day, therefore I would of been running over with time & this would have a knock on effect for my other appointments. I offered you to reschedule for the following day or another day to which you didn't want..

Cancelled on me twice this week, hours before my appointment and did not give flexibility on my 3 hour appointment slot and changed my fresha appointment without confirming with me. She cancelled it on the day and charged full. Called me and was quite horrible when I tried to rearrange. I wouldn't recommend as a new customer.
