If you wish to cancel or re-schedule, please phone 01943 863733.  Our  policy is to ask you for a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a no-show or late cancellation charge and we can offer your appointment to another patient. 

Please note, we do not have receptionists at the Burley Grange clinic and your calls will be answered by our patient support team based in our Ilkley clinic.
