Hey there beauty! welcome to lib's beauty, I provide a range of services including nails, brows and lashes based in a private room at cinnamon hair and beauty studio! located on front street, just a short distance from York city centre, with plenty of available parking for clients. CURRENTLY CLOSED TO NEW CLIENTS, SORRY xx All treatments for brows and lashes that include tint, lifting and laminations NEED a patch test 24-48 hours prior to service. i do not infill other technician's work and do not do any services that haven't had a patch test with me prior.
