Appointments are released on the 20th of every month at 8PM. If you wish to book outside the dates provided or an out of hours appointment that will count as an emergency appointment which is £15 added on top of your total. There is a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you will be charged a £10 Late fee. After 25 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. FOR ALL TRAVEL BOOKINGS THE ADDRESS MUST BE SENT 24 hours before the appointment date or this will result in a cancellation. For all group bookings the payment must be sent 24 hours before or this will result in a cancellation.
