Prenatal Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle massage specifically designed for expectant mothers who are at least 12 weeks pregnant. This treatment helps reduce swelling, alleviate discomfort, and promote relaxation. 

Please note that Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage cannot be performed during pregnancy due to its intensity and potential impact on the body; instead, a traditional method will be applied to ensure the safety and well-being of both the mother and baby throughout the pregnancy journey.

Prenatal Lymphatic Drainage

After any surgery the body is exposed to trauma in the joints, muscles and tissues.  Post-operative lymphatic massage improves the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid throughout the body, helping to reduce swelling, pain, bruising and accelerating the healing process.

In this case, the Brazilian drainage technique can not be done, as it must be performed in a different way, with extremely light movements and directing the fluids according to the incisions that were made according to the surgery performed.

The number of sessions varies and is generally determined by the surgeon. 

Please be advised that post-surgical drains are not removed during lymphatic drainage sessions. The removal of these drains should be performed by your plastic surgeon or a qualified nurse. For your safety, always consult your healthcare provider for proper management of post-surgical drains.

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese technique that involves scraping the skin with a stone tool. 
Benefits: promotes Lymphatic drainage to remove puffiness, relieves tension in facial muscles, boosts blood circulation, breaks away fascia, reduces dark circles, wrinkles and fine lines. 

The session includes: 20 minutes of Jade GUA SHA massage and 20 minutes of LED light therapy to stimulate the blood flow and treat skin conditions such as acne, redness, dark spots, fine lines reduction.
