Massage

Sports massage uses a combination of Swedish and remedial techniques in the treatment of injuries. Sports massage has a key role to play in preparation, recovery and injury prevention and can help restore normal muscular function reduced by muscle spasm. Techniques include compressive effleurage, cross fibre friction, trigger point therapy and tapotement. Can be used pre or post event to aid training, rehabilitation and performance.

Targeted treatment focusing on the deeper muscle layers and connective tissue using slower strokes, targeted Swedish and Myofascial stripping. 

Deep Tissue Massage

Remedial Massage treatment. Perfect for people with specific injuries, strain injuries, tension, lack of range of movement. 
Includes full consultation, range of movement testing (before and after), catered treatment. Techniques used -

Remedial Treatment

1 hour Swedish massage to particular area or issue. Includes long gliding strokes to warm the area, targeted Swedish, myofascial stripping. Will be catered to client’s consultation. 

Targeted Treatment 

30 Minute Back, Neck & Shoulders 

1 hour Swedish full body massage. Using a range of techniques such as effleurage, friction, petrissage and tapotement. Relaxing massage using beneficial grapeseed oil to tone, moisturise and improve skin. This is a great stress relieving lighter form of massage and will improve circulation while releasing tension.
