The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.

Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

Session duration is 45-60 minutes, depending on the person.

A deeply relaxing treatment that uses facial reflexology, traditional Chinese facial Gua Sha, pressure point massage and advanced natural face lift techniques including ZFL tools. The treatment focuses on sculpting and lifting the skin as well as stimulating collagen production. The treatment also includes lymphatic drainage to help improve circulation and to remove toxins for a brighter, smoother skin and a more even complexion. Appointment is approx 1 hour.
