Booking Policy
— please read and do not bypass
When you schedule please understand that there is a no call no show policy. You will be charged 50% for your services scheduled.
If you cancel within 24 hours they will be a convenience fee of $60 both are non-refundable no exceptions.
Late Policy
A 10 minute grace period is given, if grace period ends and you have not entered the salon, A $25 fee will be applied before servicing. You may not be able to change type/color or service once appointment is booked.
Client Agreement
All waivers for particular services must be read fully and signed as well as dated before service is started, the day of a copy will be given to client as well.
Payment Policy
-Deposits are required to secure a date and times.
- Deposits are due at time of booking (no exceptions).
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining balances must be paid in full cash before service begins
