Based on our own little salon called the M Lounge in the flying horse walk Phenix salon suits Skin tests must be done 48 hours before any colour service for new clients and a 50% non refundable deposit is need for new clients to secure any booking made, which can be payed via bank transfer. 50% cancellation fee when appointment are cancelled with 24 hour before. 100% charge for appointments with no shows or cancellation on the day.
