Massage

A dreamy combo of massage focusing on areas of the body where many of us hold our stress and tension, using calming aromatherapy blends. Leave your worries at the door and drift off as you enjoy this rhythmic, soothing massage. Available to book for 50 or 75 minutes. Don't forget to check out add-ons if you'd like to extend your treatment. 

Back, neck, shoulders and scalp

The epitome of self care. A flowing full-body massage, tailored to your needs. Focusing on specific areas agreed collaboratively in our consultation and using your choice of aromatherapy blend. 

We will use our consultation time to discuss how you are feeling and any areas of concern, including what pressure you would like and whether you would prefer a relaxing or energising massage. 

Available to book for 90 or 120 minutes. 

Bespoke Full Body Massage

A gentle and flowing full-body massage to promote relaxation and reduce muscle tension, both of which can aid in a better night's sleep. Incorporating lymphatic massage to stimulate detoxification and pressure points to alleviate menopause symptoms, and tailoring to any of your specific aches and pains. 

This treatment uses Neal's Yard Women's Balance Massage Oil - a repleneshing and balancing blend to nourish, soften and smooth your skin. 

Massage for Menopause

Top off your treatment with an additional 20 minute session dedicated to one or more of these key areas.

A seasonal special for lovers of all things warm and cosy! 'Hygge' is a word in Danish and Norwegian that describes a cosy contentment and comfort. 

Settle into a warm massage couch and tuck up under a weighted blanket, then relax as you enjoy a full body massage using warmed aromatherapy blends, plus hot stones to melt away your tension. Topped off with five minutes of rest time with a weighted eye pillow at the end of the session, before it's back to reality. You'll also be offered a warming herbal tea to takeaway for your journey home.
