A one-on-one counselling session between yourself and the counsellor, held at my office in Pretoria. 

Kindly note that face-to-face sessions are only held Monday - Friday, from 10am until 4pm. This service is not available on weekends. 

The last session timeslot that can be booked for this service is 16:00-17:00. 

If you wish to book a session after 5pm on weekdays or on weekends, then please select the 'Online Individual Counselling Session' service. 

Face-to-Face Individual Counselling Session

A one-on-one counselling session, between yourself and the counsellor, conducted via Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, or WhatsApp video call. 
Research has found online counselling to be just as effective as traditional face-to-face counselling sessions. However, unlike traditional face-to-face sessions, Online sessions offer the privacy and convenience of accessing therapy and support from any location and at times that do not interfere with work commitments.
