This session takes your healing to an even deeper level of relaxation and rejuvenation—working on the front and back of the body—this gentle yet profound form of hand-based energy healing restores balance and enhances the body’s self-healing abilities across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

During a Reiki treatment, I will guide you into relaxation—gently placing my hands on or near your body, based on your preference. This gentle yet powerful process helps release energetic blockages, promotes balance and overall wellbeing—supporting the body’s natural self-healing abilities.

Focusing on the body’s energy centres and key articulation points—gentle sonic vibrations help to ease tension, improve circulation, support detoxification, and enhance overall wellbeing.
