During your initial appointment, we'll deep dive into your body’s history and current conditions, start uncovering your hidden brain-body tension patterns, and start connecting the dots between past injuries, movement habits, and lingering discomfort. While you’ll get a good amount of hands-on treatment, this session is about much more—it’s about understanding why your body is holding onto pain and what we can do to change it.

Every session consists of a combination of consultation, movement assessments, and hands-on treatment, plus expert insight into how your nervous system plays a role in your healing and recommendations for self-care to expedite your journey to feeling great again!

More of a soreness, tired muscles from your always-changing, always-working body, or just needing some rest and relaxation? This session is for you! All trimesters welcome. High risk pregnancies welcome with written consent of your OB or midwife.

We reserve additional time on our schedule to set up and break down your session’s additional comfort items and to allow wiggle room around your appt so you can take your time getting on and off the table, take a bathroom break if needed, all without worrying about losing any hands-on time. To accommodate that extra time reserved, prenatal sessions are an additional $20.

And of course, as needed or desired, your therapist can mix & match any of their complimentary tools and techniques (warm or cool stones/towels, cupping, percussion, vibration, or cbd application, etc.) to help you meet your wellness goals.

We allow shorter Relax & Recover massage sessions for clients aged 8-17. Looking for pain relief or specific injury recovery for your child? Book a Rapid Reset appointment! Wanting them to just relax or recover from sore muscles or sports? This will be perfect!

Very. 👏 With our massage sessions, you get the full time you’re paying for. You book an hour, you get a full 60 minutes— not 50 or 55 like most places. The clock starts when the massage starts (unless you’re late, that’s the only way you may not get your full time.) For our Rapid Reset appointments, session lengths depend on how you respond to treatment. We give you the most common timeframes so you know what to expect. We’ll always make sure we have enough time to focus on what your body needs, but here’s the bonus: without the flowy transitions, Rapid Reset is all about efficiency. You get a better, more effective result in less time. We’ll address the root of the problem and make sure to stop before overloading your nervous system, giving you fast results & lasting relief without needing to take the extra time out of your day. How accurate are your session lengths? ⌚

No matter what you book, you will never be rushed out. We make sure to have a little wiggle room around each appointment, so once you're done, you have time to regroup, checkout, rebook, and ask your specialist any questions post-service without feeling hurried. We even give you a 5 minute grace period for your appointment start time just in case life happens - we get it. We're here to help you, not add to your stress. Just text us and let us know.

For your entire appointment, you are our priority. 🫵We listen carefully to what you need and adjust the session to target those specific goals. Whether you need special attention on certain areas or a particular advanced technique, we’re here to tailor each session to meet your needs and ensure you get the most effective treatment possible. We even adjust the “little things” to maximize your experience. You want relaxing music? R&B? 80's hits? We’ve got you. Adjust the heat on the table? Check. Pressure a little firmer or lighter? Done. Whatever it is, we've got your back. (literally).

Are your services customized? ✨ 

At Renewal, we keep things straightforward—no hidden fees or extra charges. When you book a massage session, we include any of our advanced tools and techniques as needed for therapeutic benefits or to enhance your relaxation, without any additional costs. Whether you need (or want) hot or cool stones, hot towels, CBD, muscle scraping, percussion, vibration, cupping, or anything else in your therapist's toolbox, it’s all included in your session. You get exactly what you need to feel great!

We have a small fee for prenatal clients ($10) to cover the additional accommodations and time on our schedule, and we have a 50% cancellation fee for reschedules/ cancels within 24 hours, or 100% if you miss your appointment with no communication prior. That's all there is to it!

Any Hidden Fees or Upcharges? 👀

Gratuity is never expected. We understand why you might want to provide a tip: it’s to show your gratitude for a job well done. Thank you! 😊 If you would LIKE to give a tip to your therapist, you can and it'll be appreciated! — just know that it's really okay with us if you don’t. Other ways to show your appreciation are leaving a review or referring someone new. But truly the very best tip we can receive is to see you again! 

The massage and bodywork industry is known for tipping because most places only pay their therapists a small percentage of what you pay, hoping that you as the client will make up the difference. On top of that, the prices normally barely cover the overhead to give you an great experience, especially for small businesses and solopreneurs.

At Renewal, we set our prices and our commissions to make sure our therapists can get paid fairly, and also cover everything we need to give you an exceptional experience every time, no matter what, whether you tip or not. 🫶

Prior to your first appointment, you'll fill out an in-depth health history form.

Most of the time, we’ll be able to modify and adjust treatments to fit your specific conditions. And if your condition makes treatment unsafe, we’ll be honest with you—no risks taken. If we can't help you with your specific goals, or if our work isn't helping you after so many treatments, we'll let you know & refer you to someone from a network of practitioners that we trust to give you the same amount of care that we do. We promise that we'll do our best to help you- whether that means with us or without. You are our priority.
