Package includes Nielmed sterile saline spray, your child's choice of implant grade titanium jewelry,  and size down appointment at 6 weeks. 
     More time is allotted to ensure child feels safe and comfortable. I make sure the jewelry size is appropriate for the amount of tissue the child has on their lobes. If there isn't enough space for swelling it can lead to pain, increased healing time, infection and in some severe cases embedding of the jewelry. I only use jewelry that is implant grade to ensure that your child doesn't have any allergic reactions or discoloration of the skin. Metals like sterling silver have high amounts of nickel and copper that can cause allergic reactions and skin discoloration. Piercing guns also cause much more damage. The use of a hollow point needle leaves a clean cut that is much easier to heal. This is the piercing standard in many reputable shops across the country.
