Rachel's welcoming. As a 1st time client & not knowing that the student clinic wasn't  enclosed rooms but separated by screens & dividers I was too loud with my entry. She was very gracious. Perhaps a BIG sign stating "QUIET/WHISPER ZONE" outside of Clinic Door so not to disturb occupants within? My studio was the 1st inside entryway so I heard everything. Chris my therapist is very kind, calm, gentle, & sweet. She checked in on me during the massage, asking about my comfort,  her pressure,  temperature.  I believe this Academy's reputable, & I'll make make other appts in the future. Thank you
