All with an outcome based style of massage. She listen to what you would like to achieve and plans your treatment around it. Techniques can include; trigger point therapy, heat, myofascial release deep tissue and stretching. Techniques such as Trigger point therapy, Hot stone therapy, Stretching and Soft tissue release.
