Joy was amazing! It was full body but my back needed more attention so Joy switched it up to concentrate on the areas I needed the most. She used just the right pressure to get all my knots out (definitely needed). The cupping was a first for me and really enjoyed it and the massage gun was surprisingly very relaxing. Felt a new woman leaving. I am definitely booking again.

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas of the feet. The theory behind Radiology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.

Reflexology

MLD is a gentle pressure massage, aimed at detoxing the body. Light, slow and rhythmic, MLD moves fluid away from any areas of swelling into places where the lymphatic system is working normally, with the use of massage, body brushing, soothing ice globes and an audiosonic gun if needed. 

This is a full body treatment, following lymph pathways, which is deeply relaxing and refreshing.
