A heavenly massage using tension-relieving techniques alongside our organic aromatherapy oils for a complete sense of calm.

A light to medium pressure massage that gently warms your muscles, increases circulation and helps reduce stress.

Relaxing Massage

A tailored facial including a double cleanse, steam, exfoliation and extractions followed by a face, neck and shoulder massage.
A soothing scalp, hand or foot massage is then carried out whilst the face mask is working on your skin.
The facial is then finished with serum, eye treatment and moisturiser.

Please note: steam & extractions is only carried out in 60 / 90 minute treatments. 

Beauty Ritual Facial

A massage using slow and firm movements focusing on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release built up tension. 
Ideal for when you are suffering with general discomfort, aches and stiffness.

Deep Tissue generally works across large areas (e.g. your entire back and shoulders) rather than addressing individual and specific conditions (e.g. knee pain) in which a Sports Massage may be more beneficial.

Includes a hopi ear candle in each ear, followed by a lymphatic drainage facial massage

Add-On Dermalux LED

Facial cups create a gentle suction which draws blood flow towards the surface of your skin. 
This increased blood flow in the skin underneath the cup / surrounding tissues encourages the formation of new blood vessels. 

The suction also creates a controlled  'mini-trauma'  in the skin  (in  the  same  way as micro-needling and derma-rollers would), which prompts a natural healing process in the skin. More oxygenated blood flows to the  area, collagen and fibroblast production is stimulated, and the skin cells are encouraged to reproduce.
