2. This is a home service only at the moment, meaning we will come and provide service for you at your comfort zone.

3. All extensions must be provided by customer themselves or we can provide it with extra cost, and that only applies on 48h notice before the appointment. 

4. If doing any forms of braiding or plaiting, must get pre-stretch or provide your extension 48h before the  appointment date or extra charge of £1 applies on each pack to stretch.
