Deep pressure massage utilizes Swedish massage techniques to get tissues ready for some targeted work. Friction, trigger point techniques, compression and adhesion release techniques can be used to achieve the clients goals. Deep tissue massage is targeted for a client wanting a deeper relaxation experience. This modality is for a client experiencing an above normal amount of tension, knots, or pain due to stress or a client looking for firmer pressure.

Soft tissue massage uses Swedish techniques to affect muscle and soft tissues. This modality uses slow gliding movements, light kneading, skin rolling and light myofascial release. This is a very gentle service targeted for a client who is sensitive to pressure looking to relax.

This is targeted work to relieve tension headaches and stress. This is a perfect option for someone who experiences regular headaches, needs relief from a sinus infection, or someone short on time lookig to relax.
