Initial Physiotherapy Consultation

Follow up physiotherapy appointment, 40 minutes.

First appointment will include: consultation, scar assessment, scar therapy treatment and aftercare advice. Includes Lymphatic Drainage massage (where appropriate). 

Available from 6 weeks following surgery.

Scar treatment will consist of a combination of the following: Myofascial Release Therapy, Massage and Negative Pressure Therapy (cupping). 

Available from 6 weeks after surgery.

Extended Scar Therapy Appointment

Ideal to book anytime from 6+ weeks after birth. First appointment will include: consultation, scar assessment, scar therapy treatment and aftercare advice. Includes Lymphatic Drainage massage (where appropriate). 

Scar treatment will consist of a combination of the following: Myofascial Release Therapy, Massage and Negative Pressure Therapy (cupping). 

C-Section Scar Therapy Appointment

Appointment for smaller scars eg keyhole surgery, carpel tunnel release. Initial appointment includes: consultation, scar assessment, scar therapy treatment and aftercare advice. 

Scar treatment will consist of a combination of the following: Myofascial Release Therapy, Massage and Negative Pressure Therapy (Lymphatouch). 

Available from 6 weeks following surgery.


Express Scar Therapy Appointment

Scar Therapy

Lymphatic Drainage treatment utilising the Lymphatouch® and MLD massage. Can be performed 1 day following surgery. Suitable for:

- Those who have had cosmetic surgery (tummy tuck, mummy makeover, liposuction, vaser lipo, fat freezing, fat dissolving)
- Lymphoedema
- Lipoedema
