A 60 min massage can be an extended back neck and shoulder massage, or a full body massage which will leave you feeling relaxed and re-balanced.

I will use a relaxing blend of essential oils in a carrier oil, to complement the massage, unless you prefer no aroma.

A shorter massage concentrating on just your back neck and shoulders. Good for when you have specific tension in these areas but do not have time for a longer massage.

Back neck and shoulder massage

A 60 min massage can be an extended back neck and shoulder massage, if you have a lot of tension there, or can be a full body massage which will leave you feeling relaxed and re-balanced. 

I will use a relaxing blend created from Neal's Yard essential oils in the carrier oil, to  compliment the massage, unless you indicate you prefer not to have an aroma.

If you can, a 60 minute massage is my recommended minimum time  to appreciate the full benefits of receiving a massage. 

Full Body or Extended Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

This shorter massage will concentrate just on your back, neck and shoulders and is good if you have specific tension in these areas and don’t have the time for a longer massage.

I will use a relaxing blend created from Neal's Yard essential oils in the carrier oil, to  compliment the massage, unless you indicate you prefer not to have an aroma.

If you have a lot of back neck and shoulder tension a 60 minute massage which focuses on this, is recommended.

A 90min Holistic massage that enables the whole body to relax in a deeper way with time to work on a number of areas of tension in more depth, such as back, neck, shoulders, arms or legs. This massage is ideal if you have pain or tension in a number of different areas, and would like to treat yourself to extra time to help release it.

I will use a relaxing blend created from Neal's Yard essential oils in the carrier oil, to  compliment the massage, unless you indicate you prefer not to have an aroma.

Extended full body massage - 90 mins

In this two-hour appointment you can combine two one-hour treatments, i.e. Massage and Facial, Facial and Manual Lymph Drainage or Massage and Manual Lymph Drainage. 

You can also have a combination of all three, with the way they are combined being tailored to your individual needs.

This treatment is ideal as a special treat, if you are here on holiday, a special present for someone else or yourself, or just because you deserve it.

All the treatments I give are relaxing and rejuvenating individually and become even more relaxing and rejuvenating combined.

When you book this appointment, please indicate in the notes which combination of treatments you would like and we can discuss the details when I see you.


DELUXE 2-hour Pick and Mix Appointment

MLD treatments involve repeated gentle pulsing & stretching movements to specific areas of your body. It can relieve swelling and be good as part of a general detoxification, improving energy, increasing oxygen in the cells, nourishing and increasing the body’s immunity. 

It can also encourage healing of fractures, torn ligaments and sprains, help with conditions such as Sinusitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Fatigue, Long Covid, Acne and other skin conditions. It can help facial rejuvenation, relieve fluid congestion, encourage the healing of wounds and reduce the visibility of scars and stretch marks & encourage the flushing of toxins & waste material.
 
I offer MLD to people with a healthy lymphatic system. You can book this as a first MLD appointment and we can  slowly increase the amount of MLD in future appointments. I will offer an you an alternative 35 min treatment if MLD is not appropriate for you or you require a different level of MLD than I am trained in.

Manual Lymph Drainage - 35 mins

Manual Lymph Drainage - 60 mins

Combine a 45 minute Manual Lymph Drainage Treatment with 45 mins of relaxing massage. 

This  can be a great combination, with the massage giving you the easing of shoulder tension (for example) followed by all the additional benefits of an intergrated Manual Lymph Drainage Treatment. This treatment will leave you both relaxed and detoxed at the same time. It is a good idea to allow time to rest after this treatment.
