Vitamin B12 is an important B vitamin. It is crucial for nerve tissue health, brain function, and the production of red blood cells.

A deficiency or insufficiency can occur when levels of vitamin B12 become too low to meet the demands of the body. This can lead to a number of symptoms and can even progress to irreversible neurological issues if left untreated.

If you are aware you are not taking in adequate levels of B12 in your diet you may wish to supplement your diet with B12 injections. 

If you suspect you have B12 deficience, please seek medical evaluation from your GP.

Auricular acupuncture is a treatment whereby very fine needles are placed at specific points in the ear. 
There are over 200 points where acupuncture can be used on the ears. 
Needles are so very fine they can barely be felt but the results can be life changing for some.
This treatment is very effective in managing the symptoms of cancer treatment - such as hot flushes, anxiety and pain. It is also transferable and effective in managing the symptoms of other conditions with similar symptoms.
For best results a course of 6 sessions over 6 weeks is advised.
For this treatment, clients sit upright in a chair.
The treatment can also be carried out in groups.
