If you have already experienced Reiki, these healing and cleansing sessions will help to bring back a sense of peace, balance and harmony to your body, mind & spirit.

Starting with a brief chat to start, checking in with your current emotional & physical well-being.
Followed by a 45 minute energy healing treatment 
Finishing with any insights that came up, where you can share your experience and feelings.

At the start of your first Reiki session, there will be an initial consultation about your current physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, addressing any specific areas or issues that are important to you. 

I will then guide you through how Reiki, Chakras and crystals work to rebalance your energy. 

Next, you will be guided to lie down on a massage table fully clothed.

Crystals will then be placed on your 7 main Chakras.
I will then use gentle hand placements above or lightly touching your body to help facilitate the flow of energy. 

Each hand position is typically held for several minutes, and you may feel warmth or a tingling sensation as the energy flows. 

Your healing session will usually last 45 minutes, during which you may experience deep relaxation, a meditative state or even emotional release. 

After your session I will discuss any insights, and you can share your experience and feelings. 
It’s common to feel a sense of peace and well-being after.












New to Reiki

Using crystals during your Reiki healing can  amplify your energy further. Also adding an oracle card pick before and after, which can help you gain insight into your current state of mind and emotions.

Finishing with any insights that came up, and you can discuss your experience and feelings.
