Using Australian made, organic IKOU skin care products, which are sourced from the Blue Mountains.  

Your 1hr treatment Includes:

This is the perfect introduction for those who are new to Reiki and wishing to explore their spiritual potential.

Our initial session together starts with us  
connecting, allowing you to feel safe and 
heard to share your story or situation.

I will then guide you through how Reiki ,Chakras  & crystals work. 

Using oracle cards can also help you gain insight into your current state of mind and emotions. 

Select your personal 7 Chakra crystals,
then lay fully clothed on a heated massage  table with soft music. 

A sage smudge stick will be used to lift &  
remove stagnant energy from your aura. 

Crystals will then be placed on your 7 main Chakras on your body.

The rest of the session includes healing energy to these 7 main Chakras. If needed the chakra will be softly guided open, so it may perform to it’s fullest potential. Each Chakra will be checked for healthy vibrations. 

Finishing with a review of what came up for you during the healing, and aftercare post session.
