Swedish Massage is one of the most popular forms of massage. It can help you relax, give you more energy & may help after injury. Swedish Massage involves long, kneading strokes & movement of the joints. Swedish Massage will help relax the body, stimulate nerve endings & will increase Lymphatic Drainage. This
